So I got the exercise bike all set up yesterday and gave it a spin.  I ended up working out for 30 minutes and did 11.2 miles which isn’t too shabby.  I’m trying the heart rate control program which is supposed to keep your heart rate in a certain range.  Mine was set to 60-70% of maximum and I broke a good sweat and felt sufficiently drained for my first workout in awhile.

Then last night I noticed my Achilles’ Tendons were aching.  Bad.  No surprise there – I’m known for overdoing it when I start to exercise.

And then last night I woke up with a 100.5 degree temperature and I had the chills so bad my teeth were chattering.  So it looks like no workout for me today.
