So I spent most of January and February dealing with my… problem I wrote about on Jan 9th.  Turns out nothing was permanenetly damaged and the pain is basically gone.  I actually got back on the bike this morning for the first time in over a month and a half.  Mellow workout – 20 minutes.

I’m preparing to start running now.  I feel like I need a schedule or a plan or I will overdo it so I’m going with this one: Running for Beginners.  I think I’ll start it tomorrow morning as the temperature is warming up and I certainly could run now without freezing.
