I’m on week three of my morning walk/run program.  So far everything’s going well.  I have to force myself to take a day off mid-week as I tend to want to do it everyday but when I do my shins hurt the next day.  I’m listening to Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix as I go.

That was my goal for March: to begin some sort of cardio program and stick with it.  April’s goal is to change my eating so I’m healthier and start losing weight.  That should help me as I run more and for longer distances.
