Those are the big numbers today.  The interesting thing about weighing 237ish is that’s the weight I was at several years ago when I first realized I needed to drop some pounds.  Of course I did the Atkin’s diet, lost a bunch and then gained it all back and more.  But it’s nice to be back at that familiar number again.

2.5 miles is a very unfamiliar number for me.  I ran this straight through this a.m. with no stopping.  The route I chose also includes several small and one killer hill.  I hope to run 3.0 miles on Saturday and, if successful, I should be on track for next week to be week one of Bite Me Hal Higdon’s Spring Training Program.
